For sanitary purposes, our company only accepts exchanges on items that are unopened and in their original condition. Exchanges are accepted on items that are defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise approved by our customer service department. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization number, within 7 days of receipt. Once the items are received and inspected, we will notify you and will send out a replacement. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via a method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured USPS).

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
